By installing or using Global Unlocker software, you agree to all of the terms below. Please also review our Privacy Policy and End-User License Agreement.

1. You are not allowed to use USB sharing or remote-use software while using Global Unlocker software.

2. You are not allowed to use any kind of debugging, reverse engineering, or any illegal activity.

3. We can take legal action against you or your company, as defined under applicable U.S.A. IT / computer crime laws.

4. If you use any Global Unlocker function to perform illegal repair or unlocking, you are solely responsible for that action and its consequences.

5. Please check your local legal rights regarding cell phone repair software before installing or using Global Unlocker software.

6. Global Unlocker software is signed with a U.S.A. company Comodo code signing certificate. Any attempt to reverse engineer, debug, or patch the software may result in legal action against you or your company.

7. Some functions may not be allowed in your country. You are warned not to use such functions. If you continue after agreeing to these terms, you are responsible for that action and its consequences.

8. Global Unlocker software can be remotely locked and unlocked depending on the reason. We reserve the right to allow or deny unlock at our discretion.

9. You must use the latest version of Global Unlocker only. Keeping or using any old version of Global Unlocker is not allowed.

10. You must use Global Unlocker software as it is provided.
